Fanz Unlimited Network LLC operates www.fanz.com ("FANZ") and qualifies as a "Service Provider" within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We respect intellectual property rights and have adopted this Notice and Takedown Policy relating to claims of copyright infringement by our users.
1. How to Submit a Notice of Claimed Infringement
Required Information for DMCA Notice
If you believe that your work has been copied and published on FANZ in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with the following information:
Signature
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Work Description
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
Location Information
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on FANZ (including specific URLs)
Contact Information
Your address, telephone number, and email address
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
Perjury Statement
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Response within 24-48 hours
Important: Please do not send other inquiries or information to our Designated Agent. Customer service inquiries, payment questions, and cancellation requests will not receive a response and must be directed to our customer service department.
3. How We Respond to Takedown Notices
Notice Receipt & Review
We review all DMCA notices within 24 hours of receipt. If the notice complies with DMCA requirements, we proceed to takedown. If not compliant, we may contact you to help complete the requirements.
Content Removal
Upon receiving a valid notice, FANZ will expeditiously remove and/or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected user of the takedown action.
Counter-Notification Period
The affected user may submit a counter-notification. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
It is FANZ's policy to terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers when appropriate, and we act expeditiously to remove access to all infringing material.
4. How to Submit a Counter-Notification
Disputing a Takedown
If you believe that your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to DMCA § 512(g)(2)-(3). Counter-notifications must be accurate and truthful - you will be liable for any misrepresentations.
Required Information for Counter-Notification:
Material Description
A specific description of the material that was removed or disabled
Location Information
Where the material was located before removal (including URLs)
Good Faith Statement
Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
Contact & Jurisdiction
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of federal district court
Suggested Good Faith Statement Language:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the referenced material was removed or disabled by the service provider as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
5. False Claims and Abuse
Warning: Abuse of DMCA Procedures
Legal Consequences:
- Legal liability for damages
- Court costs and attorney fees
- Federal penalties under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)
Platform Consequences:
- Account suspension or termination
- Blocking of future DMCA submissions
- Referral to law enforcement if appropriate
These procedures only apply to copyright infringement claims - not to any other kind of abuse, harassment, or legal claim. We will investigate and take action against anyone abusing the DMCA notification or counter-notification procedure.

7. English Language Requirement
Language Policy
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications must be written in the English language. Any attempted notifications written in foreign languages or using foreign characters will be deemed non-compliant and disregarded.

8. Policy Modifications
Fanz Unlimited Network LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy at any time. All affected persons should regularly check this page to stay current on any changes. We will notify users of material changes through platform notifications or email.
