Terms of Service

1.1 No Minors

FANZ contains adult oriented content and is not intended for minors. In order to access FANZ, you must be: (i) at least eighteen (18) years old; and (ii) have reached the age of majority where you reside. In certain states (AL, MS, NE, WY), you must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. If you do not meet these age requirements, you must not access FANZ and must leave now.

1.2 Parental Control Notice

In accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 230(d), you are notified that parental control protections are commercially available and may help in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. You may find information about providers by searching "parental control protection" or similar terms.

1.3 No Child Sexual Abuse Material

Fanz Unlimited Network LLC strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). We only allow visual media of consenting adults for consenting adults on FANZ. If you see any visual media depicting minors engaged in sexual activity within FANZ, please immediately report this to us at compliance@fanz.com. We will promptly investigate all reports and fully cooperate with law enforcement.

1.4 No Prostitution or Sex Trafficking

The solicitation, promotion, and facilitation of prostitution and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited. If you engage in such activity, whether on FANZ or by posting links to external websites that promote or facilitate prostitution or sex trafficking, we may delete your account without refunding or paying out any funds.

1.5 User Content

We do not own the media uploaded by Users on FANZ ("User Content"), and the views expressed by Users do not represent the views of FANZ. All User Content transactions and interactions are between Users. FANZ makes no representations or warranties regarding User Content. You may access User Content for personal use solely as intended through FANZ's functionality and as permitted under these Terms.

3.1 Fan Accounts

To register as a Fan, you must provide a valid email address, username, and password, or authenticate using a valid social media account. To purchase content, you will need a valid payment method. FANZ does not store payment information directly.

3.2 Creator Accounts

To register as a Creator, you must complete our Creator registration process and be approved by the Company in our sole discretion. To sell User Content, you must add a verified bank account or approved payment method and submit additional legal information including tax documentation. We may collect biometric information from User Content or verification documents you provide.

3.3 User Certifications

By registering on FANZ, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and profile information you provide is complete, truthful, and accurate
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account
• You will keep your login details confidential and secure
• You will immediately notify us if your account is compromised
• Any previous FANZ account was not suspended or terminated for violations
• You will not use unauthorized third-party payment processors
• You register for your own personal use and will not transfer your account
• If representing a business, you are authorized to bind the entity to these Terms

4.1 Content Warranties

You warrant that:

• You maintain written releases from any person depicted in your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any rights of third parties
• You will not misrepresent or fraudulently market your Content
• You will provide copies of releases, licenses, or ownership documents upon request

4.2 Co-Authored Content

If sharing content depicting other creators, you must tag each depicted creator, obtain government-issued ID confirming they are 18+, maintain written consent documentation, and provide this documentation upon request.

5.1 Platform Fees

FANZ charges a 15% platform fee on all creator earnings. Creators retain 85% of their earnings. This fee covers payment processing, platform hosting, security, support, and development costs.

5.2 Payouts

Creator payouts are processed weekly with a $25 minimum threshold. Payments are sent to verified bank accounts, PayPal, or approved cryptocurrency wallets. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days after payout initiation.

5.3 Refunds and Chargebacks

All subscriptions and purchases are final to protect creator earnings. Refunds may be granted in cases of unauthorized charges, technical errors, or creator violations. We protect creators from fraudulent chargebacks when content was delivered as promised.

8.1 Service Disclaimer

FANZ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanz Unlimited Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of FANZ.

9.1 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FANZ will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for certain types of disputes expressly excluded. Arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association rules.

9.2 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against Fanz Unlimited Network LLC. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware state law and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before termination.
